Megan Grimaldi, founder of RenaissanceLista, is a management professional with a passion for life-long learning, inclusiveness, equity, and balanced living. Megan’s twelve years of experience leading and contributing to a breadth of initiatives in nonprofit and academic settings inspired her to found RenaissanceLista, a consultancy designed to help nonprofit professionals and organizations renew their understanding of what works, revitalize their strategy, and reconnect with their own well-being. Whether she is building departments, processes, and systems; driving cultural change; or encouraging leaders to pursue personal development, Megan excels at guiding people and organizations to their renaissance. As a former public school teacher on the US-Mexico border and a woman in the nonprofit sector, Megan is passionate about advancing equity and inclusion. She cares deeply about wellness and seeks to create a future where nonprofit professionals are able to prioritize self-care in a way that allows them to impact their communities while nurturing themselves and their visions for the future. Megan has a Master’s in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor’s in Music Education and Spanish from Central Michigan University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Megan enjoys baking, running, yoga, and hiking with her husband and son.
