Marion Donaldson

Marion Donaldson brings years of experience in forming strategic partnerships, cultivating gifts, managing relationships with donors and advocates and raising the profile of both nonprofit and for-profit organizations throughout metropolitan Phoenix, AZ. Marion is an active connector and volunteer in her community- a founding member of Phoenix Suns Charities 88, served on the Board of Local First Arizona from 2015-2019 and remains a Local First volunteer, serves on the Arts Advisory Committee for Desert Botanical Garden, and is a volunteer advocate for MaxLove Project, helping children and families fighting cancer to thrive against the odds. Ms. Donaldson is an American Express Leadership Academy (NYC) 2014 Alumna, named as one of the 40 Under 40 by Phoenix Business Journal in 2015, and is a Valley Leadership Institute Class 38 Alumna. Marion loves working alongside incredible teachers and students in her current role as Development and Marketing Director for Arizona School for the Arts, as she is a lifelong learner like them and is proud to develop resources for such deserving and inspiring students and the leaders who educate them. Marion is developing her emotional intelligence consulting and coaching practice and is excited to support more young and mid-level women in becoming the leaders they are!
