Linh Hoang, driven by her passion for environmental health and sustainable development in Vietnam, entered the NGO sector five years ago upon the completion of her Bachelor in International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. As a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer for the USAID funded project Clean Air – Green Cities by Live & Learn Vietnam, Linh is currently supervising the progress of project activities as well as the consolidation and extraction of data and evidence to improve implementation effectiveness and strengthen resource allocation. Through the project, she also facilitates the collaboration within an advocacy alliance of over 100 government agencies, research institutes, private enterprises, media agencies, and civic groups in research, interventions and policies for clean air and livable cities in Vietnam. Previously, Linh worked as an Advocacy Program Assistant at the Animals Asia Foundation, where she assisted local governments and advocacy groups to ensure stricter animal protection law enforcement and finalize animal related regulations in Vietnam. To enlarge her perspective, Linh has participated in a wide range of technical conferences, consultancy programs, and start-up incubators in Asia, in which she connects and engages regional and international experts and advocates across sectors and disciplines in advocacy and communication campaigns in Vietnam and the region.
