Victoria Leonhardt is an Associate and the Be Counted MI Upper Peninsula Hub Coordinator at Grow & Lead: Community and Youth Development. She has been involved in the nonprofit sector for 14 years. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University. She has completed the Certified Nonprofit Professional program through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.

In her role as Associate at Grow & Lead, Victoria provides technical assistance and facilitation on strategic planning, marketing and nonprofit formation to organizations in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Through Be Counted MI’s partnership with Community Foundation of Marquette County and Grow & Lead, Victoria serves as a program officer for grants issued to Upper Peninsula nonprofit organizations that engage hard-to-count populations to educate and encourage participation in the 2020 U.S. Census. Victoria is passionate about the quality of life in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and spends time bettering the community by volunteering with NMU SLFP, Superior Health Foundation, Accelerate UP, and the Marquette Fourth of July Committee. She is a President of STAR Children’s Bereavement Services and a member of Connect Marquette, where she served as President in 2016.
