Nikki Roe Cropp

Director, Program Effectiveness, Camp Fire National Headquarters

Nikki Roe Cropp is the Director of Program Effectiveness at Camp Fire National Headquarters. In her role, Nikki and her team work with affiliate councils to increase program capacity and improve program quality. Her areas of concentration include youth protection and child abuse prevention, staff development, program assessment, curriculum implementation, and program framework application. 

Nikki previously worked at a local Camp Fire council, serving as the Director of Program Quality. Prior to Camp Fire, she worked for more than ten years with a Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliate, serving in various roles including Director of Program Staff Development. 

Nikki currently serves on the National Alliance of Youth Serving Organizations for Child Protection. Nikki is passionate about helping all youth reach their full potential through safe, positive youth development experiences and knows that child safety is fundamental to creating safe spaces where youth can thrive.

Nikki holds a BA in Psychology from Kansas State University and a master’s certificate in Non-profit Management from the University of Texas, Arlington.
