Masaru Yoshiyama

Masaru Yoshiyama is the Secretary General of Japan Association for Refugees and the Chair of Entrepreneurship Support Program for Refugee Empowerment. Masaru has more than eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He holds a BA of law from Kyoto University. While studying at the University, he worked at Amnesty International (Osaka Office) and be a founding member of Japan Association for Refugees. Previously, Masaru worked for A.T. Kearney (currently Kearney) as a business consultant for more than 10 years. Recently, Masaru also support other nonprofit organizations for management issues with colleagues in the sector.
