Mary Pryse serves as the Health Services Portfolio Manager at United Way of Greater St. Louis. In this role, Mary is responsible for the overall management of the health services portfolio fund, coordinating and facilitating grant processes, collaborating with agencies to provide clients in the St. Louis region with the best possible health services, and connecting and aligning with other community partners, assets, and resources to optimize impact for St. Louis. Previous to this role Mary served as a Manager in the Volunteer Center at United Way, and was responsible for the management of four volunteer-based programs that collectively engaged over 600 volunteers annually. Prior to working at United Way Mary worked in Kampala, Uganda for The HALO Foundation developing, managing, and facilitating all HALO programming in Uganda impacting 120 youth. Mary received a dual degree in International Studies and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington in 2011 and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at Saint Louis University.
