Senior Communications Coordinator, OneSky for all children

Louis Luo is the Senior Communications Coordinator of OneSky for all children, whose mission is to teach communities and caregivers to provide nurturing responsive care and early education for the most vulnerable young children in Asia. Currently, he leads a team that focuses on generating the best communications materials and strategies targeted in supporting major partnerships. He is passionate about helping bring nurturing care and education to orphans with special needs living in China’s state-run orphanages as well as left-behind children in rural villages. As part of his writing projects, he has traveled to several onsite orphanages and has captured many children’s and youths’ touching stories. He is responsible for hosting student and adoptee volunteer programs in China Care Home. Previously, he served as an Assistant Researcher for the public education department in Beijing. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Tianjin Foreign Studies University and a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication Studies from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
