Lee Lloyd is Head of Fundraising at Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity, a local fundraising not for profit organization raising funds in predominantly rural areas of Buckinghamshire, England.  Lee manages a small team of Community, Event and Corporate fundraisers who deliver a diverse range of events to engage the whole community to support the Hospice. Lee has been a professional fundraiser since 2001, and has worked for causes including medical research, vulnerable families, older people and bereaved children.  Lee has doubled income in every organization he has worked in. Lee is passionate about supporting junior fundraisers and raising standards in the sector, including presenting at four consecutive National Fundraising Conventions, tutoring more than 20 new fundraisers, mentoring experienced fundraisers and setting up a thriving Chilterns Trust Fundraising Network.  Lee is a former treasurer of the Institute of Fundraising, Chilterns Region. Alongside his professional roles, Lee has consistently volunteered for local causes encompassing mental health, older people and animals. Lee holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Leicester, with a final year dissertation on the impact of music on helping behavior.
