Felecia Webb, MPA, serves as the Vice President of Philanthropy at NPower, a national nonprofit dedicated to creating pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and young adults from underserved communities. Ms. Webb, a native New Yorker received her early education in New York City Public Schools, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Parsons – The New School for Design, and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from New York University. Ms. Webb developed a love of philanthropy, and community engagement early in her career working in the corporate sector. After twelve years of serving in several roles at the Ralph Lauren Corporation including Senior Director of Development, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector. Working as a Vice President of Development in the field of HIV/AIDS and community health she successfully secured funding to spearheaded and launch innovative and groundbreaking programs for communities of color, and provide opportunities to men, women and youth to live equitable and healthy lives. A lifelong community advocate, Ms. Webb has served as a board member of Girls Inc. Westchester County, and Materials For the Arts, a Division of the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. She is also a proud alum of American Express Leadership Academy, and Coro Leadership New York.
