Evelyn Garcia Morales is the Executive Director at the Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas (FFLV). In this role, Evelyn oversees the day-to-day operations and program impact of 2,100 students annually. With over fourteen years of experience in the social sector Evelyn has led a range of local and national programs for youth and young professionals. Prior to joining FFLV Evelyn worked at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) in Washington, D.C. During her time at CHCI she managed programs that developed the next generation of Latino leaders. Additionally, Evelyn cares about women’s leadership development and has volunteered at Women’s Research Institute of Nevada, NEW Leadership and is a founding member of the Kappa Delta Chi chapter at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Currently, Evelyn is a board member for Nevada Prep, a high performing charter school whose focus is on academic achievement and leadership development for 4th and 7th-grade students. Evelyn earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is an alumnus of the American Express Leadership Academy/Center for Creative Leadership Program for nonprofit leaders.
