Debra Volz is the Senior Director of Creative Services at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the sixth largest performing arts center in the nation and the artistic, cultural, educational and civic center of NJ—where great performances and events enhance and transform lives every day. Debra has spent almost 20 years at NJPAC, a nonprofit. She helps leads the graphic design and print production areas at NJPAC, cultivating and maintaining essential partnerships within NJPAC and with key partners and constituents, continually helping to ensure that the arts are made available to the entire community. Debra plays an integral role on the marketing and communication team for performances, events and workshops on NJPAC’s stages, in area schools and within the community. Prior to joining NJPAC, Debra spent seven years in the for-profit area, as Creative Services Specialist for A&E Television Networks (1999–2000) and as National Field Marketing Coordinator at PolyGram Group Distribution, a division of PolyGram Records (1993–1999). However, Debra’s true passion lies in live performing arts and making sure that all can experience its wonder.
