The American Express Leadership Academy Global Alumni Summit will be held virtually on May 19-20, 2022. The theme for this year's Summit is Forward Together: Leading. Listening. Flourishing. The Summit is planned to be a HYBRID event, meaning opportunities to attend online and/or in-person if you are based in the contiguous United States. The Summit will bring together a diverse pool of Leadership Academy Alumni to continue to strengthen the personal growth and professional networks developed during your participation in the Leadership Academy. Join this dynamic global network for a one-of-a-kind gathering online and/or in Washington, DC.

- Participants - The Summit is only open to members of the Leadership Academy Alumni and Partner, with the exception of a daily livestream speaker.
- Daily Leadership Journeys Speakers (10:00 AM ET) A leader in the social sector will speak each day! The Keynote is open to the general public as well as Leadership Academy Alumni, Partners, and the general audience. Featured speakers include:

About the American Express Leadership Academy
Founded in 2008, the American Express Leadership Academy builds the personal, business and leadership skills of emerging nonprofit and social purpose leaders through multi-day, in-person trainings. The initiative has grown to a global program, training world-class leaders who work in the areas of social justice, education, the arts, health, the environment, and more.
