Njeri Muturi has over five years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Njeri is a social impact professional, zealous about creating meaningful and sustainable change amongst marginalized communities by contributing to strategic social interventions. She is an Atlas Corps Fellow, who has been serving at Points of Light as a Curriculum Developer, where she promotes service-learning and leadership skills among young people. Njeri is also a StartingBloc fellow, and is passionate about building relations with like-minded people. Using her networking relations, Njeri hopes to bring change to the world by addressing 21st century social issues.
 
Njeri earned a Diploma in Social Development Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya, and a Masters Degree in Criminology from the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom. Her next educational goal is the pursuit of a PhD in Global Development and Peace.
