Libby Gordon

Libby Gordon’s roles have always been about supporting and enabling others, from spending a number of years working in event fundraising, to working with groups of young people in remote environments with Raleigh International, to facilitating change and building teams in Christian Aid.

As a senior leader, Libby is a small cog in a big matrix, balancing the need to get stuff done and the strategic direction of the department; ensuring effective team working, good decision making and excellent working relationships both within and across teams. Always active, running or cycling or joining committees, I am always keen to be an active member of my community.And most importantly, remembering to always add a laugh and a smile!
